Axiom

Seventeen invariants beneath every combat tradition.

Move the cursor. The field is water.

↓ DESCEND

Martial science is water.

Every tradition the world has ever produced — striking, grappling, weapons, internal, animal, sport, war — pours into the same ocean. Not because they are the same art, but because they are constrained by the same body, the same physics, the same nervous system, the same field of pressure and time.

Axiom is the discipline that names what is invariant. Seventeen principles. Four sensorimotor layers. A generator that yields a personalized practice for each practitioner from their profile, goals, and constraints.

It is not a martial art. It is the science of which martial arts are the artifacts.

AI is Martial Science

The four-volume scholarly history. Field, Companion, Survey, Emergence. Why martial science deserves the rigor of a discipline, and what the global record reveals when read with the rigor.

The Frequency

A neon-drenched city where martial arts mastery and musical genius are the same thing.

Sol has never lost. Vega has never finished. Both receive half of an impossible invitation only Opus could have sent — and Opus admits only pairs. Ten episodes through Crescendo City's five Movements, where the seventeen axioms of combat are visible as light.

FORMAT

3–5 min animated shorts

The Frequency hub holds the full cast bibles, the five Movements, the three Registers of the Glow — and the cast themselves, who can tell you about Axiom and the global history of martial arts in their own voice.

The Five Movements

A vertical city stratified by genre. Each Movement has its own martial tradition, its own palette, its own physics. Where the seventeen axioms of combat become visible as light.

The Low End

HIP-HOP

The Low End

Where the real ones come from. Where Vega grew up.

The Bridge

JAZZ

The Bridge

The oldest district. Deepest traditions. Most politics.

The High Note

ELECTRONIC

The High Note

Where the institutions are. Where Sol was trained.

The Vinyl

SOUL / FUNK / R&B

The Vinyl

Where the deepest stories about Opus are still told.

The Static

NOISE / EXPERIMENTAL

The Static

Where Opus's invitations originate.

Three Registers

In Crescendo City, mastery is not invisible. It manifests as light. The Glow is the dramatization of what the Axiom framework calls the four-layer sensorimotor model — the unification of structure, perception, decision, and effection.

FIRST REGISTER

Tone

Baseline luminance. Faint. Mostly involuntary. Buskers glow softly. Street fighters flicker.

SECOND REGISTER

Resonance

Sustained, directed Glow. Where combat applications emerge: amplified strikes, defensive auras, sensory enhancement. Most professionals operate here.

THIRD REGISTER

Frequency

Total unification of self and expression. The mythic level. Legends say only a handful of people in any generation reach true Frequency.

David Jean Charlot, PhD

Physicist and bioengineer. Author of the Axiom framework and architect of the publishing platform that produced these books. Axiom is the result of treating martial arts the way a scientist treats any other physical system: by naming the invariants, instrumenting the practice, and letting the data — across centuries and continents — speak.
